Summary:
Responsible
for the repairs and maintenance of all four and two cycle equipment
excluding trucks.
Requirements:
1.
High school graduate with a minimum of 3 years experience as
a mechanic.
2. Must be knowledgeable in the following areas: Diesel engines;
gas engines; 2-cycle engines; hydraulics; electrical systems;
welding and all areas of small engine repair.
3. Must have a valid drivers license and a driving record acceptable
to our insurance company.
4. Must be in good health.

Responsibilities:
1.
Preventative maintenance of all equipment in your area.
2. Perform all repairs on small equipment.
3. Compile parts orders to be given to shop supervisor.
4. Keep accurate records of all preventative maintenance and
repairs performed on company equipment.
5. Keep an accurate inventory on all small equipment parts.
6. Make field repairs on small engine equipment when needed.
7. Report misuse of equipment to shop supervisor
8. Responsible for keeping the shop area neat, clean and organized
at all times.
