Tech Supervisor
Job
Summary:
Supervises and controls daily operations of the ornamental tech
team to comply Lasting Impressions quality standards. Assists
in achieving regional and company goals. Work with the Ornamental
division to provide a positive, professional work performance
in the chemical department.
Supervisor: General Manager
Responsibilities:
I.
Personnel
A.
Maintains a positive, motivated team
B. Conducts timely performance review of all personnel under
his/her supervision
C. Maintains an ongoing training process with crew
D. Recommends personnel during the hiring process
II.
Production
A.
Maintains a weekly and monthly operating schedule with Project
Manager.
B. Completes all jobs within budget.
C. Maintains good client relations.
D. Maintains LILC quality level, work standards.
E. Assures all Pesticide Regulations are complied with in detail
by Maryland Department of Agriculture.
III.
Equipment
A.
Conducts daily, weekly, monthly inspections of equipment.
B. Maintains equipment to meet LILC standards.
IV.
Record Keeping
A.
Maintains all records accurately and within established time
tables
B. Communicates with area managers when records pertain to jobs
that have been completed.
