Client Representative - Contract Sales

Job Summary:
To develop sales leads and contracted clients through the use of telemarketing, cold calling, warm calling and developing business relationships with industry related managers.

Supervisor: President and Sales Director, in their absence, Vice President

Responsibilities:

1. To develop sales leads through telemarketing, cold and warm calls and attending client association meetings as necessary.
2. Participating in association shows and seminars of P.M.A., C.I.A., A.O.B.A. and other similar associations as needs warrant.
3. Always present yourself in a high professional image to all future and present clients.
4. Attend all sales meetings to communicate sales and follow-up issues.
5. Rough estimating for landscape design, installation and maintenance contracts.
6. Layout contract specifications for each job estimated.
7. Presentation, contractual negotiation and closing sale.
9. All secondary property correspondence whether contract or other written or verbal communication necessary.
10. Provide weekly agenda of time management to sales team.
11. Maintain TouchBase Pro data files for all potential clients and contacts.
12. Produce mailers to include newsletters and postcards to generate leads.
